Ingredients
1 - 2 cups of water
1/2 inch inches fresh ginger root, sliced
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
pinch ground black pepper
1 tbsp raw local honey
pinch ground cinnamon
Instructions
Peel the ginger root and cut to thin slices.
Boil the ginger in water for 5 minutes together with the turmeric powder, ground black pepper and cinnamon.
Reduce the heat, cover and allow the to simmer for additional 5-10 minutes. The longer, the stronger the taste.
Strain the tea into your tea cup.
Add the raw honey to taste.
