Join us weekly in our studio for thoughtful small group yoga practices. With a maximum class size of seven, you can expect attentive, compassionate guidance from Alissa Lamb, LAc through soft, nurturing practices designed to support your whole self — body, mind, and spirit.

THERAPEUTIC YOGA

Are you ready to get back into movement in an intimate group class that feels welcoming, enjoyable, and accommodating to your specific needs and goals? This class invites you to learn easy to follow movements, asana, and exercises that are simple and effective.

Enjoy improved posture, body awareness, balance and overall mobility and health. Breathing, focus work, and meditation are all included in this approachable and gentle practice. BYO yoga mat and any props you like to use.
