Acupuncture is a time-honored approach to maintaining health and vitality of the body and mind. In addition to being extremely effective at treating pain and injury, acupuncture treatments have been shown to help alleviate allergies, gastrointestinal issues, anxiety, depression, insomnia, and much more.

Cupping therapy has been used for millennia by cultures around the world. It feels like a reverse massage, with a pulling sensation instead of pressure. Cupping increases blood flow, releases muscle tension, and breaks up fascial adhesions. We use it frequently to treat persistent tightness and pain.

Massage Therapy helps the body heal from both acute and chronic pain and is also preventative in nature. We offer tailored sessions using techniques such as sports massage, deep tissue, swedish massage, integrative bodywork, myofascial release, and craniosacral, among others.

Sports Medicine / Orthopedic Acupuncture can be a cornerstone in a recovery or training plan. It addresses muscle imbalances, scar tissue, fascial adhesions, and injury. Our practitioners are skilled in orthopedic assessment that can help identify root causes of pain and movement dysfunction and avoid future injuries.

Gua Sha brings blood and lymph from deep in the tissue to the surface to improve circulation and bring fresh oxygenated blood to muscle and fascial tissue. It is a particularly useful addition to acupuncture and massage in treating tension headaches, plantar fasciitis, tennis elbow, neck pain, and rotator cuff pain, and overall stubborn areas.

Chinese Herbal Medicine is a powerful tool for addressing many conditions. This approach has been used for thousands of years for everything from the common cold to upset stomach to menstrual irregularities and can be a very supportive addition to treatment plans.
